Responsibilities:

  • Attend and participate in test development and staff meetings.
  • Edit and proofread test content and test materials.
  • Write, edit, and proof statistical and written technical reports.
  • Ensure accurate exam publishing schedule.
  • Serve as the key point contact for assigned clients and provide them with
    guidance as needed.
  • Manage projects for clients including item writing, exam development, standard
    setting, item bank maintenance.
  • Assist clients in accreditation compliance consulting.
  • Participate in industry conferences for professional development.
  • Perform equating and other statistical analyses.
  • Review and write articles for PTC’s website and social media.

Telecommuting within the U.S. is allowed.

Requirements:

  • Master’s Degree in Psychometrics, Applied Psychology, or related field;
  • Domestic travel is required 2-3 times per year to major cities, which may vary
    annually. Each trip typically lasts 2-3 days.
